I am currently a postdoctoral research associate working at Leiden Observatory. I work in the GENIUS project within the DPAC consortium. One of my tasks is to prepare a set of tools for comparing complex models (e.g. Milky Way, star clusters) with the Gaia archive. I work under the supervision of Anthony Brown.
I obtained my Ph.D. at Nicolaus Copernicus Astronomical Center in Warsaw, Poland, under the supervision of Mirek Giersz. My Ph.D. thesis concerned blue stragglers properties in globular star clusters.
Together with my former Ph.D. supervisor I am an active developer of the MOCCA code.
Another interesting project, which I develop, is the BEANS software for fast, easy, and very convenient data analysis.
